I can tell what you're reading is trying very hard to try and replicated conversation between native speakers by including filler words, and repeating the same thing twice. That being said it's very hard to follow what she's actually talking about - even from a natives perspective. My best guess would be that she's implying that one side of the house is for the bathroom, laundry, garage, etc and the other side is for living? It's very weird and if someone said that to me in real life I'd ask them what they were going on about and to slow down lol. Hope that helped mate
