Valentine's Day is coming soon! In Japan, girls give their boyfriends
chocolate. Also, we have the culture where girls give other girls ones, known as "chocolate for best friends". (Of course boys can give other boys chocolate too, but I've never seen it before.) Therefore, we can see/there are so many kinds of chocolate sweets on
the market these days. I sometimes see the ones where Japanese sake or
Japanese whisky is added in ganaches in recent years! I understand why some people wonder
whether or not Japanese Sake pairs well with ganaches, but honestly, it's...
delicious. So delicious! I attached pictures of the ganaches with Japanese Sake in them that I
ate today (and the Japanese Sake itself). *I know it's not the shape of general
ganache. It is called "Nama choco" in Japanese, one of Japan’s original
chocolate sweets. Its recipe is similar to ganache, so I wrote "ganache".
