Hi think it would be really important to teach how to manage anxiety and stress. In life there are always challenges that make you feel anxious starting from homeworks and tests when you are a child keeping on with trouble at work when you grow up. Through meditation thecnique and exercises children and studends can learn how to manage those situations and be able to go beyond them.

Eine Sache, die ich wünsche mir, ich in der Schule gelernt hätte, ist Kommunikation. Wir haben ständig in jeder Beziehung und Unterhaltung Problem auf Grund der Fehlkommunikation. Die Eltern sind verzweifelt, als sie an ihre Kinder nicht kommen können. Mit richtige Kommunikation können sie wieder miteinander reden, sich verstehen und Liebe geben. Laut Paartherapeutin ist Kommunikation das große Problem der meisten Paaren. Ebenso spielt sie oft eine wichtige Rolle bei der Arbeit. Wenn Mitgliederinnen eines Team nicht gut miteinander umgehen, kann das Team sein Ziel nicht erreichen. Vor allem ist Kommunikation heutzutage ein wichtiges Thema, als wir durch verschiedene Sprachen, Kulturen, und Medien kommunizieren. Wenn Schülerinnen schon in der Schule diese Fähigkeit gelernt hätten, könnten sie besser mit Konflikten umgehen, die Gefühle der anderen gut erkennen und engagieren, und somit ein gute Ehepartner, Eltern, Mitarbeiter und Mitglieder der Gesellschaft werden. Leider wird dieses breite Begriff an Schulen nicht unterrichtet, oder wenn ja, nur engstirnig auf die Arbeitswelt fokussiert. Um ein glückliches und erfülltes Leben zu führen fordern wir bessere Kommunikationsunterrichten für das jungen Generation.

Financial literacy. This will benefit anyone. Since a lot of young people make money these days, it’s important to understand financial terms like investments and so on. That way, people will not only learn to build wealth, but keep it for longer.

La cosa più importante che debba essere insegnata a scuola è come affrontare situazioni di vita reale mettendo in pratica tutto ciò che abbiamo imparato teoricamente. L’insegnante deve spiegare le lezioni in modo che gli studenti non soltanto memorizzino le cose teoriche ma possono anche pensarci criticamente creando una connessione tra il teoria e la pratica. Mi piacevano gli insegnanti che facevano anche lezioni pratiche e che ci facevano domande e ci davano tempo a ragionarci. La maestra di fisica faceva sempre domande riguardante alla lezione che aveva spiegato e quelle domande trattavano situazioni che potremo affrontare in vita reale. Inoltre, nonostante io abbia fatto lezioni di economia al liceo, non so niente come gestire i soldi, come pagare le tasse, come essere preparato per un colloquio universitario o di lavoro, come preparare un curriculum di successo e così via. Gli studenti potrebbero vivere da soli dopo il liceo, forse dovrebbero lavorare per sostenere se stessi, per pagare le tasse e le spese di ogni giorno. Ma cosa faranno in futuro se non sono preparati e non ne sanno nulla? La maggior parte di loro sono sostenuti finanziariamente dai loro genitori per un po’, il che non è il modo migliore per imparare quanto sia difficile guadagnare e gestire correttamente i soldi. Comunque non è il fine del mondo per l’altra parte, perché alla fine tutti impariamo quando fronteggiamo un problema pratico anche se possiamo commettere errori.

I consider working manner should be taught which includes the communication skills, interpersonal relationships handling skills as well as the business presentation skills. Actually I learnt those skills by feeling myself’s way after work and it really took an indirect route.

Je crois que beaucoup de choses qui sont enseigné à l’école ne sont pas nécessaire quand on grandis et commencer à travailler. Je pense que étudiants ont besoin de être enseigner des compétences de vie. On pourrait diviser ces choses dans deux parties - fonctionnel et interactions/relations. Des choses de fonctionnel seraient, par exemple, comment est-ce que les impôts marchent ou comment on peut payer les factures our acheter une maison - peut-être aussi comment économiser bien! Des choses de relationships serait compris de comment on peut construire relations de bonne santé et des gens compétents.

学校里最应该教授却至今仍未教授的是什么？ 在美国高中里学生学到许多东西，但是个人财务（personal finance) 不是它们之一。 我最近在社交媒体看到了一些统计。统计就说，加入一位高中生不去大学就去麦当劳打工，他们的挣钱潜力就是跟一个从大学毕业的人。那差异在哪里？就是在个人财务的方面。这两种人的挣钱千里差不多，但是它们被教授的财务知识非常不一样。 于是，美国高中老师一直告诉学生们，“如果你想买房买车，你肯定必须考大学”。事实上，考大学只是成功条路至一。

Penso che la vita devrebbe essere presentare agli studienti sotto sul suo aspetto reale con un professoressa per parlare della capacita di controllare i emozioni. Perche quando una persona ha questa capacita, puo vivere nella gioia.
