Luiza brings to each class everything you would want from a teacher to help you build confidence and push your speaking skills to the next level. She is very flexible, patient and knowledgable and also, very personable and humorous. Each class is very informative with a calm approach to fit your needs and learning level. Can’t recommend her enough!! Look no further, book Luiza :)

This was my first lesson with Luiza and I couldn't be happier with it. She has such a positive attitude and makes learning fun, I have only five months to learn as much Portuguese as possible for a trip to Brazil in July, and I feel very optimistic with this class!

Great start. Looking forward to further lessons.

I took trial lessons with several teachers, but I ended up choosing Luiza. She has a great vibe, brings a lot of energy, and makes learning actually fun. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone learning Portuguese.

Today I had my first grammar lesson! Luiza made it a very comfortable environment. Even though I can be quite nervous and awkward around new people, she is very personable and makes class run smoothly. She is very patient and gives great feedback while building my confidence, offering pointers and examples to help me understand and make connections. Overall, I'd gladly take another class with her and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a great teacher.

Luiza is such a great teacher! She is so patient and has tailored our sessions towards my learning goals of speaking more fluently. Our lessons feel so fun and are helping me feel confident with speaking.
