Depuis maintenant 18 mois, j’ai eu le plaisir de partager des échanges hebdomadaires avec René. Nous avons tous deux un grand intérêt pour la science et la technologie (je suis à la retraite, mais j’ai longtemps travaillé dans le secteur aérospatial). De plus, grâce à sa formation et son expérience, René est capable d’animer des conversations très stimulantes, ce qui ne m’arrive pas souvent avec les autres enseignants. Ces échanges constituent vraiment l’un des moments forts de ma semaine ; j’ai hâte d’y participer ! Je vous encourage fortement à considérer René.

I’ve been taking French conversation lessons with René for a little over a month now and have really learned a lot from them. René is a kind and patient teacher and is fluently bilingual in French and English. He is good at keeping the class and conversation flowing and has provided me with helpful resources to improve my learning and exposure to French on my own time. René is a very professional and highly motivating teacher, I enjoy the classes a lot and learn many new things from different fields, also technologies, IT, medicine and economics. Highly recommended, especially if you need more vocabulary from different specific fields. The classes are perfectly structured, I can speak a lot and do not feel uncomfortable while speaking English. Thank you very much, René!

René is lovely to work with. His corrections are kind and thoroughly explained. He balances encouragement with constructive criticism and really makes you feel at ease. His style is laidback, he's friendly, and his calm and kind demeanor makes it easier to work through the lesson in your target language. When learning another language, it can feel intimidating or embarrassing to speak out loud for fear of your accent or your mistakes, but René's teaching style really helps to eliminate those fears and allows you to focus on the lesson!
