I've been learning with AbdelRahman Hashem for over a year now and I am so grateful for the depth of knowledge he brings to our lessons. His ability to expand on the meaning, origin, and cultural significance of the Arabic language helps me learn on many levels. He is an excellent teacher and knows how to set expectations so, as the student, I can push just above my comfort zone and leave each class feeling more confident and motivated. I look forward to many more years of learning with him.

Ustadh AbdelRahman is by far the best Arabic teacher I have had. As someone who has a hard time with speaking, he has created such a comfortable and encouraging learning environment. He tailors the lessons to your interests and goes above and beyond to provide extra resources and material to enrich your learning. I have progressed more in my Arabic in a few months than in the past three years I spent learning Arabic in a classroom. AbdelRahman is a truly great teacher. He is very professional and not just highly competent in the aspects of the Arabic language, but also in applying methods to make the student learn in an interactive and easy way. His lessons are always structured and well prepared and the learning atmosphere is easy-going and relaxed. As somebody who started to learn Arabic from Zero, I can say that AbdelRahman has helped me a lot from learning the letters and basic words up to creating dialogs about different topics until now, and I’m looking forward to continue learning more.
