Greetings!
My name is Arlene. I am from Puerto Rico. I am fluent in Spanish and English and I am learning Portuguese. I had a 26-year career in public communication, recruitment, and international programs.
Now, I enjoy supporting people, especially older adults, in learning a new language.
I love simplicity, nature, and activities that help me feel more connected to my body and the environment that surrounds me such as qigong and somatic meditation. My favorite book is The Alchemist.Ja jako nauczyciel

My lessons incorporate somatic practices I have learned throughout my journey of personal growth.

I always come prepare with content that is relevant to you. While I provide a bit of structure, my lessons are not as structured as traditional lessons. I like to flow and take advantage of every teaching moment that bubbles up. I provide written constructive feedback throughout the lesson and at the end send the document to you for review.
