We chatted about life events and then discussed an article that Sonia had previously sent me. This led onto discussion about surveillance and keeping yourself safe. It is great that our conversations can develop and go in any direction, just like a 'normal' conversation. This really helps my ability to think on my feet. Sonia is always patient and encouraging
