***NOW ACCEPTING NEW STUDENTS*** Hello! I'm Abi. I live in Norfolk in the UK. I have a neutral British accent. I have a degree in English. I have over 5 years experience teaching adults and children to read, write and speak English. I have been teaching children and adults on iTalki for over three years now.
I LOVE the English language and really enjoy helping people from all around the world to learn English and to gain confidence in their ability to accurately use the language. I can help you improve your fluency, your pronunciation or learn some weird and wonderful idioms!

As a teacher I believe every student is unique and I like to plan my lessons according to their individual needs. I take a light hearted but thorough approach, keeping things fun and enjoyable whilst ensuring good learning progress is made. I am friendly and personable so can put any nerves to rest. You will feel comfortable and at ease in my lessons.

My lesson are fun, light hearted and effective. Depending on my students needs, my lessons are conversational and casual or more structured and formal. I like to use a range of teaching aids to assist learning and to make lessons more interactive and fun.

I had another brilliant lesson with Abi today. I have been learning English with her for some time now, and I can say that I feel confident already. We talk together about this and that, and all our discussions are always inspiring to me. Abi tells me new expressions and spontaneously writes them down in a chat if needed. Not only does it help me to broaden my vocabulary, but it shows me that she fully understands my personality. It's fun. I highly recommend her lessons to all students. Abi, thank you very much:-)))

I've been having lessons with Abi for 3 years now and since then my English skills improved significantly. I would recommend her for everyone. She is a lovely person and what's more the best teacher I've had. She is really focused during classes, listens carefully and corrects all errors making sure they are written down in a chat.
