I am a certified teacher for German as a foreign language (Goethe-Institut) and hold an M.A. in Chinese Studies. I’m fluent in German, Chinese (HSK 5), English (BULATS C2), and French (B2), and I am currently learning other languages to broaden my linguistic perspective. I have been teaching languages since 2013. I owe much of my passion for teaching to my uncle, a former chemistry professor at a German university, who taught me the value of great instruction.

In my lessons, I focus on keeping all content 100% relevant to the student. I help learners express exactly what they want to say and reinforce key vocabulary and structures through repeated, well-timed review. I regularly participate in DaF online conferences to stay up to date with digital tools and modern teaching methods.
