I am from Chiba prefecture, Japan.
My interests include spending time with cats, traveling, reading manga/anime, cooking and doing yoga.
I have lived in Australia for a year to teach Japanese culture at primary school as a volunteer.

She is very kind, cheerful, and takes the time to explain everything that I don't understand.

First lesson, great experience! I am just kicking off in learning to speak Japanese and I had the most pleasant conversation so far. The teacher is very good at encouraging and helping students to put their thoughts into appropriate and effective Japanese, which I found most helpful. I look forward to learning more from her!

Imamura sensei is the best! Her explanations and examples are perfectly illustrative, so the nuanced meanings of the words become clear -- so much clearer than numerous internet resources. Plus our conversations are so fun, I love our classes!
