Once I understand the students needs I tailor my time with them to their particular situation.
I like to listen and evaluate at first then bring into the session the necessary materials.

If this is a student that wants to improve English skills in a business setting. We would do business conference call role plays or possibly a internet business meeting if the platform allows.
