Hello! I’m Alex—I am a friendly, patient and approachable teacher of English as a foreign language. I teach English for a variety of purposes, including Conversational Language ,exam preparation (e.g. PET, FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS), as well as General English, Business English and English for Academic Purposes. I am also a teacher trainer and have experience of preparing existing and prospective language teachers for the Cambridge TKT exam and the CELTA qualification. 🔆I have studied these tests in full and prepared appropriate materials, which has led to my students achieving excellent marks at an extremely high pass rate. Some even hitting 90 in PTE, 8.5 in IELTS and 100% of my students have passed OET and PLAB 2!

For me, he is a very serious, responsible, and humorous teacher, and I am very grateful to him because he has really improved my speaking ability. From the first class where I couldn't say anything, to now being able to speak fluently for a long period of time and accurately express my meaning, his teaching methods and concepts are, in my opinion, very advanced. Among all the English teachers I have met, he ranks first.
