Rocio Fluency

Rocio is really extraordinary - I'm so glad I took her pronunciation course, and I wish I'd started it sooner! Her method is unique among all the teachers I've tried, with a genuine understanding of rhythm and sound. There are some French sounds that I couldn't even hear before working with Rocio, and the French people in my life really noticed the improvement once I started working with her. Highly recommend!

I keep coming back for classes with Rocio because she offers something rare & unique. Not only does she have all the fundamentals required to teach like the delicate combination of encouraging words and critical feedback, the ability to converse & make one feel comfortable in conversation, but she is trained in phonetics and the sounds of Spanish and actively trains herself to develop the ability to teach others how to come much closer to having a native-like accent. It's been fun and looking forward to more classes.

My first lesson with Roccio in Spanish, it was a great hit and it was awesome to talk to her in Spanish for the first time, really enjoyed the exchange. As always super patient and calming with great energy.

I cannot overstate how GOOD Rocio is at her job. I have spent decades trying to find a pronunciation and phonetics teacher. No one is even close to her level of professionalism and knowledge. I will save you a lot of time - book 10 lessons with her, and you will get better at speaking French in a way that is fluent and pleasant for everyone else. Amongst my decades of learning, this has been the best investment.

Wow! In my first lesson Rocio really opened my ears to the rhythm of French, which I had never noticed before, at least not consciously. I had heard it, but not known how to break it down so I could analyze it and never thought about focusing JUST on rhythm, as I was always focused on grammar and pronunciation. I found this class so illuminating and incredibly enjoyable. Who knew a pronunciation class could be so much fun?

The classes are clear and engaging. Rocio corrects my pronunciation very accurately and explains everything in an easy-to-understand way. I highly recommend these lessons for improving pronunciation.
