Normally I like to plan ahead before our lesson begins. However I also offer more informal lessons so we can just focus on conversational skills in Spanish without a “script”. I thoroughly enjoy my lessons with Nestor. He has important qualities for a language tutor, namely...
1. He has great enunciation, which helps a learner understand.
2. Encourages you to learn by suggesting new ways to express things and by encouraging you to move out of your comfort zone and grow.
3. He is very attentive and understands your difficulty in speaking
4. Very patient. He allows you the time you need to form and to complete your sentence, even if it takes awhile.
5. He partners with you by integrating the things you enjoy and the things you are currently experiencing into your lesson.
I highly recommend Nes for intermediate and advanced Spanish tutoring.

I always look forward to my lessons with Nes. He is helping me develop the ability to have fluid conversations. He is very good at helping me put my thoughts into words in Spanish. The time flies by. He is one of the few people with whom I never worry about what we will talk about and we never have uncomfortable or boring parts to the lessons. If I do not have anything planned to work on, he easily comes up with subjects that interest me. He also has a wonderful sense of humor. He is very patient and I never feel pressured.

Mr. Nes is an amazing teacher to practice conversational Spanish. He speaks at a pace that is easy to understand. I am looking forward to my next lesson!

Nes is so flexible and professional! I have a new job in which I need to be able to speak in Spanish with children in a medical setting in five months and asked Nes to help me make a study plan. He used google docs to create this unique, very creative, and VERY effective exercises and presentation material to go through our lesson! I'm very very impressed!! There is NO better Spanish teacher on iTalki!! He's 100% committed to your success!

Prof Nes is the best! I appreciate his feedback and great energy. He has played a huge part in journey of getting better in conversing in spanish. He makes our classes so much fun/exciting that I do not realize how much time has passed. I have learned so many things that will be useful in everyday conversation and i cant wait to see how far we go. Thank you Prof Nes!
