I have had a few lessons with Gabriela now and can honestly say that she was meant to be a teacher; she’s patient, understanding, and approachable. Learning a new language, especially one so different from your own, can be daunting but she really knows how to put you at ease. I would recommend her to anyone looking to take up Brazilian Portuguese.

Explains everything concisely and makes sure I thoroughly understand the words/topic before moving on. Always has a smile on her face which is definitely needed when learning something new, even if I butcher the pronunciation!

I really enjoy all my lessons with Gabriela! She is really helpful, patient and encouraging! The lessons are entirely in Portuguese which I appreciate (although she also speaks very good English so can translate anything that I don't know how to say and explain how to say it in Portuguese)

My first class with Gabriela was superb, she speaks at my level (I am a beginner, although I already speak Spanish which is similar to Portuguese) and is a lovely person to talk to, very friendly and accommodating. Muito obrigado Gabriela!
