With over a decade of teaching experience, I employ an engaging methodology that incorporates cultural elements such as literature, cinema, music, and Colombian cuisine to create immersive learning experiences. My teaching style is based on a communicative and task-based approach. It means that you will learn the language through authentic activities where you will use the language in different situations. Jhon es un profesor estupendo. Es muy paciente ( no sé cómo tiene la paciencia de escucharme cuando estoy tropezándome sobre las palabras). Las clases siempre son divertidas y él utiliza los juegos y ejercicios interesantes para enseñar gramática. Siempre es agradable y es un placer hablar con él. Correge todos mis errores y trata de ayudarme a sonar más natural, como un hablante nativo. Recomiendo ampliamente a Jhon como profesor!

I've taken a few classes with Jhon at this point, and I highly recommend him for folks who are interested in really fine-tuning your Spanish language skills. He's diligent in correcting my (admittedly, many!) mistakes, but always do so in a kind way. He's a great conversationalist and pushes me to practice expressing myself as I might in a social situation with peers and friends. Highly recommend!
