In the first lesson, I try to understand the needs of each student. I make a plan for how I will teach the language. My goal is for the student to be able to speak and understand the language they want to learn. By providing notes, teaching material, and exercises, the student is able to engage in dialogue in a short period of time. I have been taught by Ειρήνη for nearly 4 years now. She is an excellent teacher and has helped me progress my Greek to a level where I can talk with some confidence whilst I am in the country. Having another language is a wonderful gift and Ειρήνη has helped me develop this skill. I wish my language teachers at school would have been so good.

Eirini was very upfront with expectations and work requirements as well as the linear style of her approach for my needs. Emphasizing on the importance of a good base. I enjoy this style of teaching as an older student and look forward to our next lessons.
