Hi! I'm Monique! I have a master's degree in TESOL and have been working in international education for ten years (as a teacher and as an advisor). I moved from one big city (New York) to another (Tokyo) over five years ago. I sometimes imagine I'm trying out for one of the cooking shows I like to watch and enjoy coming up with interesting recipes for me and my husband.
