I’m a passionate ASL (American Sign Language) tutor who believes language connects us beyond words. Quiet by nature but deeply curious, I thrive on helping students build confidence in signing whether for everyday chats or deeper conversations. My love for languages (I also speak English and Spanish!) fuels my teaching, but ASL holds a special place in my heart. Great lesson. I have some vocabulary but have very little experience conversing and we were able to have a really fun conversation for an hour. It was so inspiring and encouraging!

We had our first session and I was able to understand everything he said and, if I didn't know a word, he would finger spell it for me. He pushed me but made sure I was still following the conversation. He paid attention to what I was saying and was very patient as I struggled to make my hands say what I wanted. I learned a lot about me level, in that my comprehension level is far beyond my communication level.
