The tutor and I are the same age, so it felt comfortable to talk to him. I truly enjoyed this trial sessiom and I’m definitely going to book more lessons with him.

Daniel is a likable person, get's along w my 10 y.o. very well. Pays attention to what she's trying to convey. Asks thorough questions to help clarify things if she's being vague or inaccurate or inarticulate. Incorporates quick revision to optimize the learning process even when she brings her own reading materials. Actually remembers previous conversations (and this is not nearly as self-evident as one might expect) which helps for a more natural communication.
She reads him something pretty niche, very specific vocab, and he just explains most of the words she doesn't know straight off the bat. Have you ever heard of a word "cirrus"?

Daniel has a very impressive teaching approach. We had a really fun conversation, and I learnt a lot of new vocabs and phrases from him. I would love to have more lessons with him.

making a busy middle aged man voluntarily engage in small talk in a foreign language is not an easy task, but Daniel manages to make it happen somehow)
thank you!
