I have completed approximately 70 hours of class with Denisse and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Since day one, my expectations have been consistently exceeded. My comprehension skills, both verbal and written, have greatly improved. I feel that the classes are absolutely crucial for getting the necessary conversational practice in Spanish. Every session is formative and enriching. She maintains constant focus and engagement, and she is able to hold interesting conversations on an unlimited number of topics, which makes learning very dynamic. The teacher strongly considers my learning goals and desires, adapting the content to my needs. She is always positive, patient, and in great spirits. Her enthusiasm is contagious and makes every lesson a pleasure. And she possesses an almost "supernatural" ability to decipher the meaning of incomplete or faulty sentences. This reduces frustration and encourages you to keep speaking without fear of making mistakes. A perfect choice!!

Denisse as a Spanish teacher is really the best fit you can imagine. Her English ist excellent and this helps me as a German native to get along quicker thinking from English to Spanish. The lessons are very refreshing and you'll not get bored. Sometimes also challenging, if you have not learned your vocabulary. But Denise has the ability to raise the bar slowly to thrive your progress.

I’ve been taking Spanish lessons from Denisse for a couple of months and I’ve have really progressed during that time. She uses natural conversation to teach important grammar, and then practices with you to make sure you understand the concept. She accurately remembers what you have learned and discussed in previous lessons and will ensure to review things so you don’t forget! She is always fun to have a conversation with so lessons fly by! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to learn Spanish and have fun while doing it!

Denisse has been so helpful in explaining grammar and she gives me opportunities to stretch my language abilities, while supporting the process. The class is fun and interesting! We laugh a lot and speak a lot of Spanish. She is great at making connections from what I already know to something new that I can learn. This is a great way to make the learning stick! I am grateful for such an excellent teacher!

Denisse is such a wonderful teacher! She brings very encouraging open energy, and is really great at meeting you where you're at. I've found her technique of allowing you to practice trial/error while providing her input and corrections along the way has really helped me with my grammar and new vocabulary. She does a really great job at giving practical tips that will realistically help in your day to day spanish speaking.

Denisse is always amazing. I haven’t been able to make time in my schedule for lessons, and it’s been a while since I practiced. However, Denisse remembered what we had been practicing and patiently helped me review. She provides just enough support to help me grow in my abilities. Not too much and not too little. I am so grateful for such an awesome teacher!
