月 is very patient and explains concepts and terms well, as well as giving me the push I need to speak more and try to create more complex sentences.
The lesson content is well prepared and she sends me materials to review after class. She also gave me useful reccomendations for TV shows to watch in my free time to help improve my listening and understand. Excellent teacher!

This was my very first Mandarin lesson with Leah and I couldn’t have asked for a better start! Leah immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand my learning goals. The pace was perfect for a complete beginner — everything was explained clearly and I never felt lost. We covered useful basics right away, and I already feel motivated to keep going. Leah provided a clear plan for the next lesson, which gives me confidence that my learning is in good hands.
