Hello! My name is Eva and I'm a native Greek speaker from Crete, currently living in Germany. While I’m taking a break from my research career, I’m dedicating time to studying German and teaching Greek at the Volkshochschule (VHS). I’m a physicist with a Master’s degree in Materials Science and a strong passion for arts, music, language learning, and connecting with people from different cultures. Having studied and worked in international environments, I truly understand the joys and challenges of learning a new language. As someone who has learned and used foreign languages in both academic and everyday settings, I know how important confidence and enjoyment are in the learning process. I’m currently teaching Greek courses at the VHS in Germany and I can understand how learners experience the language from their side.
