Grace

Mwalimu Grace is always punctual and so well prepared. We finished reading a story from last time, went over some reading comprehension questions, then moved on to watching a video about the Congo forest. It was very interesting.

Great lesson with Grace! We practiced self-introductions and also practiced building sentences using nouns from different classes. We built upon the sentences by including adjectives and numbers. Grace did a really good job of showing how to incrementally build a sentence!

Great lesson with Grace! We learned and practiced more about using adjectives and possessives to create sentences. It is a bit tricky because adjectives and possessives behave differently, but Grace was able to help me to understand those differences. Grace uses a gradual learning approach and carefully considers the best topics for each lesson!

I really enjoyed my lesson with Grace. We started our lesson by assessing my level and then we decided together a starting point and how to move forward. She was very nice, talkative and made me feel comfortable speaking Swahili since the beginning. I will definately keep learning with her and I strongly suggest booking a class with her!

Had my first lesson with Grace and we've already started speaking and pronouncing vowels/consonants and simple words in Swahili!
