super good teacher from all aspects. as i asked for only Japanese lesson with minimum English, she is doing it in the best possible way. patiently, clear, fun, interesting and very helpful for any questions. best.

It was a conversation lesson only and an intake, so I was mostly talking about my expectations and ability as well as what the tutoring would look like. It was good practice for me. Mahiro sensei seems eager to teach and upbeat.

First lesson with Mahiro-san was fun and enjoyable. We spoke in Japanese only and if there was a word or concept I didn't understand, she was more than happy to explain it to me in English. She was also very patient and allowed me to think about I wanted to say and would help me out if I got stuck. I'm looking forward to next lesson!

Mahiro san is very friendly and patient! She picks up any points I get stuck on and explains them really well. I like the fact that the lessons are mostly in Japanese with English only when needed. I've been learning on my own with a textbook for a while, so hearing Japanese and trying to respond is definitely challenging me but in a good way. At first I was nervous about speaking, but Mahiro san makes me feel a lot more confident and helps me along. I look forward to more lessons with Mahiro san!
