Yumi - sensei is a very passionate teacher and really serious about teaching her students. She gave a very good first impression, and I definitely would love to take another lesson with her to practice my conversation skill for my upcoming interview!

Yumi sensei is one of the best tutors I’ve met with, including those I’ve met with at a professional language school in Tokyo. She does a great job at helping me figure out how to say things in a more natural way. She takes notes throughout our lesson and also makes homework for me to practice throughout the week. I feel like she genuinely cares about my language progress. I highly recommend both her N2 lessons and her conversation lessons!

I have been practicing speaking with Yumi先生 for 4 months since May, and it was incredibly helpful! I already passed N2 before, but had struggle with having conversations and expressing myself in Japanese. Thanks to Yumi先生 I have learned many nuances and uses of different words and phrases in all kinds of topics, and now I feel more confident to study in Japan as an exchange student. For example, during lessons I often learned differences between written and spoken Japanese. Yumi先生 is very patient and lessons with her are both insightful and fun. Strongly recommend!
