Claire

Claire is a wonderful teacher! She adapts to my needs and provides a variety of discussion topics and materials. Unlike other teachers, she does not try to monopolize the conversation, but really gives you time to speak. She makes suggestions but, she also lets me be the one spotting my own pronunciation/grammar mistakes or that I find a better expression. She asks if I know the name of a specific item or action, which I personally love because it helps me to broaden my vocabulary. I asked her for some writing assignments and she always sends me feedback. In addition, she ALWAYS uploads the new expressions we discussed in class and some feedback about the lesson. I don't think that every teacher does that. In short, teachers like Claire are few and far between and I can highly recommend her 😊

Claire is amazing! Her classes drag all the conversation out of you so that you forget you're speaking your second language and feel as fluent and connected as if you were talking in your native tongue. The topics are interesting and require you to use all your available vocabulary. I highly recommend her!

I have been taking classes with Claire for a while now, and I think it's time to publicly thank her here on Italki! I truly appreciate the effort she puts into preparing my lessons. She always provides great materials and her dedication makes learning with her a real pleasure. (I really enjoy being challenged and she seems to know exactly how to push me in the right way to improve!) I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HER ENOUGH!!!

ottima ed interessante lezione

Perfect first lesson. I really like her way of teaching (so far as I can tell by now :-) My focus right now is on conversation and to get used to talk English again, to loose my uncertainty, to find the right words and to build propper sentences, so that other people understand what I'm talking about.
