My name is Yusaku. I grew up in Kyushu and worked in Tokyo. I also have study abroad experience in Berlin, and I currently live in the UK. I studied pharmaceutical sciences at one of Japan’s top universities and earned a master’s degree. During university, I conducted medical-related experiments and wrote academic papers. I also have seven years of experience working in the Japanese pharmaceutical industry. My hobbies are reading manga and playing video games! I especially enjoy playing games like Pokémon and Genshin Impact. I’d love to hear about your hobbies during our lessons too! As a Japanese language tutor, I have experience teaching a wide range of students, from elementary school children to working adults. I always strive to explain things clearly and patiently, providing instruction tailored to each student’s level. I also have extensive experience in preparing students for Japanese language exams, including grammar explanations, listening practice, and reading comprehension. In addition, I am well-versed in teaching business Japanese, including the proper use of keigo (polite language). Furthermore, I offer practical lessons based on students’ goals, such as basic phrases for travel and daily conversation practice.
