I am an open-minded, certified, and passionate teacher with more than 10 years of experience teaching in China and abroad. I worked at a private high school in Australia for a year, and I graduated from the University of Queensland.

My classes focus on improving students’ speaking skills, as most learners aim to communicate effectively in Chinese. I use Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) and Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT) methods to guide our lessons.
Besides language learning, I love exploring a variety of topics with my students, from Chinese culture and world culture to literature, history, and beyond. Another great lesson with Clover. This time we talked about food and cooking, which was a really fun topic as we were able to compare cooking styles between different countries.
