My name is Octavi and I am from a city nearby Barcelona, Spain.
I studied Interpreting and Translation at the Pompeu Fabra Univeristy in Barcelona.
I have a passion for languages, and I love to meet all kinds of people and talk about many subjects, including current events, culture, traveling, movies and tv, hobbies, pets, lifestyle, etc.

I always adapt to my students needs. Personally, I believe in using the language from day 1 in a fun, safe, laid-back, welcoming environment where the student feels very relaxed and motivated to learn.

This was a wonderful first lesson. I felt very at ease speaking and testing the boundaries of what I could remember. I especially appreciated how Octavi allowed me time to "search" for the right Catalan word and only provided the word when I asked for help. I learned a lot from this lesson and would recommend him to others interested in Catalan!

El Octavi és una professor excel·lent i em corregeix tots els errors que faig. M’explica molt bé el perquè de cada correcció i, en només 60 minuts, he après moltíssim. Estic molt contenta, fins aviat :)
