Buongiorno a tutti, I'm Paolo and I'm Italian. I was born in Milan and I lived there until a few years ago, when I moved to Assisi, a beautiful town in Central Italy. I graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan in industrial design and lighting design. Even though my education is mainly technical, I have always had a passion for communication and writing. I'm a curious person with various interests: I enjoy traveling, hiking, cycling, and reading. I'm interested in food, ecology, and technology. I'm passionate about DIY and enjoy talking about a wide range of topics.

I'm a thoughtful and patient person. I listen to people and try to understand how I can be most helpful. When I travel abroad, for vacation or work, I love talking to foreigners and learning new things. We usually speak English, but sometimes I meet people who speak Italian: this makes the conversation even more interesting because it allows me to share a bit of my own language and culture. That's why I have decided to become a Community Tutor on Italki!
