His lessons are tailored to your specific needs and he gives great feedback. After every lesson he gives you homework that allows you to test and improve your abilities.

Lessons are consistently engaging, and I always learn something new. Filippo readily adjusts his lessons to the student’s needs. He explains grammar, pronunciation, and syntax thoroughly, clearly lays out rules and exceptions, discusses synonyms, and offers guidance on more natural or idiomatic ways of expressing oneself in Italian. Le lezioni sono sempre coinvolgenti, imparo costantemente qualcosa di nuovo. :) Filippo adatta con grande facilità le sue lezioni alle esigenze dello studente. Spiega in modo approfondito la grammatica, la pronuncia e la sintassi, espone chiaramente regole ed eccezioni, evidenzia i sinonimi e offre consigli su come esprimersi in italiano in modo più naturale e idiomatico. Die Italienisch- Stunden mit Filippo sind sehr gut strukturiert und auf mich zugeschnitten. Er geht exakt auf meine Vorstellungen ein und sendet mir Hausaufgaben, die meinen Interessen und bevorzugten Themen entsprechen. Ihm gelingt es sehr gut, sich auf mein (noch ziemlich niedriges) Sprachniveau einzustellen. Er ermutigt und gibt Hinweise und ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben.

A lovely part about language learning is when you can begin to understand so much more and say what you want to say however broken it maybe. To do this with Filippo is really satisfying, he makes me feel like I am making some real progress! Absolutely recommend him as a language tutor.
