Maricel is such a good teacher! I always enjoy talking with her because she is friendly, kind, and interesting. She brings a lot of energy to teaching, with creative ideas like educational games and storytelling. She makes impressive use of technology.

Maricel is an excellent teacher and even after the first lesson my Spanish has improved significantly. I will definitely continue learning with her 🫡 I cannot recommend her enough.

Profesora Maricel is very patient and easygoing. I began the lesson by sharing that I had a headache. She suggested we begin with a relaxing conversation, and to let her know at any time if I needed to discontinue. We were able to share several stories and talked in Spanish about Costa Rica foods. I practiced the present, preterite and imperfect tenses while learning new vocabulary. She succinctly explained when to use the question words, "qué" and "cuál". I recommend "La Profesora" without hesitation.
