I completed a four-year Japanese teacher training program at university, including two teaching practicums, and have hands-on volunteer teaching experience. But what truly sets me apart is my deep, personal connection to Japanese culture. My lessons are built around conversation, because I truly believe that real communication is what keeps motivation alive. Textbooks are great as a supplement. I personally recommend GENKI 3rd Edition, but speaking and connecting is always at the heart of what we do.
