Chihomi was kind, patient and pleasant. I felt comfortable immediately. She provided feedback and written notes so that I can easily follow along. I felt heard and supported. Looking forward to continuing to build my speaking skills and vocabulary with confidence!

I very much enjoyed my first lesson with Chihomi :) The lesson went smoothly and she is very easy to talk to. She meets you at your level and encourages you to speak Japanese yourself, which is really helpful. I look forward to taking more lessons :)

Chihomi is the kind of teacher you want to answer to, in a self-discipline-inducing way. She was patient, understanding, and though there is going to be some getting to know each other involved, it is going to be an easy process. We both know that the embarrassment and mistakes and uncertainty are coming, but she has the right amount of cradling necessary. She is very warm and receptive, so far, though I am anxious to see what "push" looks like, in way of pressure. So far, so good.

Chihomi-San is an excellent teacher! She is extremely professional, kind, and patient. She has a deep understanding of both English and Japanese so she is able to pinpoint the exact nuance to help me make my expression sound more natural. She is also very organized and comes well prepared with lesson plans and materials. I really like her teaching method and how she puts me at ease during class. Highly recommend!!

Chihomi-san is very encouraging and easy to talk to. She adjusted to my learning pace to help me with what I need, and she also cared about my learning goal and why I learn Japanese to suggest what would best fit me. Would definitely come back for more of her lessons, and highly recommended for any Japanese learners.

Chihomi-san has already helped me learn and remember new words. The conversation always flows nicely and she teaches me natural expressions.
