Hey, I'm Luca. It's nice to meet you! I am an "Italian from Italy" as they say in the states. I was born and raised in a little medieval village in the beautiful region of Romagna, but It wasn't until I truly travelled and lived around the world(such as 6 years in Australia, or 3 in the UK) that I was able to really appreciate the beauty of my native place. I believe the best approach to study a language is a fully immersive one. Together we will start from your interests and passions and we will explore the Italian language and culture. I know first-hand how important it is to learn a language from a native and how big of a gap there can be between textbook language and the real world spoken one. I'm here to guide you to conversational Italian, my goal is for you to be able to express yourself, relate deeply with natives, and truly get to know the language and its people. My passions include: Drumming, Freediving, Philosophy, Martial Arts, and a variety of other fields of study. My nature is to share things that bring me joy with others, because of that alongside teaching Italian I have also been a Drum teacher for many years and a Freediving instructor. These experiences enriched each other by showing me how learning happens in the real world across different subjects/disciplines, which allowed me to develop a fun and functional approach that leads to real, practical results. It's gonna be a fun journey! I'm waiting for you :)
