Hi, I'm Mio! I'm from Japan, and have been teaching Japanese on iTalki for over 8years now! Having lived in China, California, Minnesota, and Belgium, I understand how hard it is to learn foreign languages! So I try to make language learning as relaxing and fun as possible!Ja jako nauczyciel
* I am a native Japanese speaker * At university, I studied both English and Chinese, and have stayed for long amounts of time in both China and America. I specialize in conversation classes for advanced learners of Japanese who want to increase their vocabulary. Despite this, I have also taught classes to children (I have a small child myself!), and to beginners. I always do my best to adapt to your needs as a learner. If you want to use a structure for our classes (like a textbook), that's no problem.
Cancellations: Please let me know at least 8 hours before the start of class if you want to cancel a class, and we can find another time. If you inform me less than 8 hours or not at all, I'm afraid I cannot do refunds.Moje materiały dydaktyczne

Thank you so much, Mio sensei. Great lesson as always. Although my Japanese was really rusty today, but she's always patient and made me feel at ease during the lesson. I will study more by myself! : )

This was our first lesson!
Our lesson was focused on conversation, and we talked about a variety of things. Mio先生 was very patient with my low level of Japanese and was always able to help me out when I didn't know a word or grammar point.ありがとうございます先生！

Mio is very patient in teaching and correcting, she makes every lesson a great experience where I can not only learn but also feel relaxed and supported! Starting to learn to speak is always awkward and tough and I feel really grateful for her teaching style.
