Chie-sensei reviewed some grammar practice sentences I'd written and helped me understand my mistakes. We also practiced conversation by talking about several aspects of Japanese culture. Learning Japanese has been a very slow process for me, but the lessons I've taken with Chie-sensei have been very helpful and a good use of my studying time. ありがとうございました！

Chie-sensei is a fantastic teacher. She is very kind and patient. I cannot boast enough about her because she helped my everyday Japanese improve tremendously. She will take time to help you understand and she uses the one hour very effectively. I plan to take more classes with her.

I was very happy with my lesson with Chie-sensei! She was very patient with me and engaged me with a conversation level appropriate to my Japanese language skills. I really appreciated that during our conversation, she often paused and repeated words and sentences I didn't understand at first, giving me a little bit of time to figure them out. This was very important to me as a beginner, as comprehension is not easy at first and takes some time to get comfortable with. チエ先生、愛が統合座います！

During this lesson, we reviewed some grammar points that I'd been studying in previous weeks. Chie-san had prepared some English sentences for me to translate that incorporated several of these grammar points. I thought this exercise was extremely helpful and allowed me to refresh my memory and gain more practice using Japanese grammar in different contexts. Chie-san is a friendly and patient teacher. I highly recommend her!
