Hi! I’m Tana Monk—a native English teacher specializing in helping kids and teens master reading, grammar, and confident conversation. With my 160 hours TEFL/TEYL certification and 8+ years of experience teaching students from Poland to China, I’ve learned how to make English fun and effective for both young and adult learners. As an American-Filipino who’s lived in Canada, the USA, the Philippines, and New Zealand, I bring a global perspective to lessons. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me playing baseball (yes, I’m a National Team player!), coaching softball, exploring new foods, or cuddling my dogs. Today is my daughter‘s 16th lesson w/ Ms Tana, persistently once a wk（re：9yrs old）. I have to say ⋯ I’ve no regret in choosing you as her English teacher so far. My daughter is quite a shy and reserved little one ⋯ but Ms Tana can make her TALK！A very creative, patient, interactive & WELL PREPARED teacher she is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED！！
