I am TEFL certified and am comfortable teaching beginner to advanced students. I have found that the key to getting past the beginner stage or over the intermediate plateau is to speak more, so that you start to think in English and not have to translate when you are speaking. I have had many language partners in my journey of learning Spanish, so I have a lot of experience helping people learn English and I also have many tips and resources to help you improve. We can speak about many different topics in our lessons or something specific you want to practice. We could also just talk about things going on in your life. I just want my students to be relaxed and speak freely and not be afraid of making mistakes. Rick was a very supportive teacher for me. Every lesson is engaging and time flies with him. He encourages to speak and now I feel definitely more confident with the language. I strongly recommend to start learning English with him.
