Minji Kim

I was lucky enough to meet Minji in September 2025, and since then my Korean has improved tremendously. Thanks to her, I’m learning comprehensive, practical Korean, not just textbook sentences. She is a highly recognized professional teacher on italki (not a community tutor), and it really shows in the way she explains grammar, adapts to my level, and helps me express myself more naturally. Her lessons are well-structured, encouraging, and always motivating. I truly feel supported in my learning journey and highly recommend her to anyone serious about improving their Korean. See you in 2026! She is too talented for this platform.

Some time has passed, and there’s not much more to say… I stand by my words from my previous review after one of my first lessons with Minji. She is very dedicated, always prepared, and creates a very friendly and relaxed learning atmosphere. Conversing with her is an absolute pleasure. I guarantee it will be hard to find a better teacher on italki than Minji. So don’t hesitate - first go to Minji's YouTube channel, give her a subscribe, and then book a lesson with her. Just not too many, so there are still free slots left for me!

민지 선생님 is so humble I did not know how famous she was until she sent me the video of a podcast she made. I can’t be happier as it confirms all my thoughts about her from the beginning!

Minji est une professeure incroyable : bienveillante, patiente ,claire et toujours pleine d’énergie. Chaque cours est fluide, vivant et parfaitement préparé. Grâce à elle, j’ai enfin compris des points complexes de grammaire et à travers nos conversations elle corrige toutes mes erreurs. Aujourd’hui, elle a preparé un cours sur le bénévolat en Corée ^^ c’était passionnant comme d’habitude !

Learning korean has never been so fun. Under well prepared material and kind and encouraging guidance, I get to practice and master one grammar during a class.
