Learning languages should be fun and every lesson is tailor-made according to the needs of the student. I had several ADHD students with special needs and could help them to achieve their learning goals. I teach German in an integrated way, grammar, conversation, reading and writing. I will give you homework and motivate you to learn as well at home. My motto: There is no inapt student, only teachers who do not know how to teach individual students effectively!

I have a wide range of materials, textbooks, PDF files, children's books, teenager literature, newspaper articles, games and videos for different age groups. I adjust my teaching method to my students. Students have different expectations and I try to find them out. I ask my students for feedback and let them chose the material; try to have a balanced class, grammar, conversation, quiz, games and free talking, reading and writing. As I have learnt several languages (Russian, English, Latin, Korean, Hindi), I know about difficulties and pitfalls of learning a language.

The area was occupied by the Maois guerilla at that time. There was no running water and electricity and during the rainy season there was water in the classroom. The kids were eager to learn and very attentive. In the afternoon there came some students and asked me to help them with their homework. Some of them brought corn and vegetables as payment.

Another great lesson as always. Today we discussed a video that talked about ancient wisdom and its place in today’s society. Through this discussion, I was able to practice and refine specific grammatical points and learn vocabulary and expressions one would not normally encounter in a textbook or other learning situations.
