Bastien Geve

I have been taking weekly Dutch lessons with Bastien for roughly a year. Bastien is an excellent teacher! He very patient, his explanations are always clear and he is very well-versed in grammar rules. Bastien is also extremely adaptable: our lessons have been based on a book (Nederlands in Actie) as well as sentence structure, grammar and vocabulary exercises, as this is what I have found to work best for me. I recommend his lessons whole-heartedly!

This was my 5th session with Bastien, and I'm so glad I found him as he is an amazing tutor. My goal is to be comfortable speaking about lots of different topics so each session we talk about an article that I pre-read. Each topic has been super interesting & we've had really good conversations. Bastien is always very patient (I'm A2/B1 and my speaking is nowhere near fluent!), kind & able to quickly correct me when I need it. It's always a pleasure to meet with Bastien & I highly recommend him if you are interested in learning French.

Bastien is a great tutor! Super patient, encouraging and very easy to talk to. His lessons are well-structured. Always pauses for questions and clears them up instantly. Highly recommend! ⭐

J’ai commencé à prendre des cours avec Bastien au début de mon apprentissage du français, et j’ai passé une à deux heures avec lui chaque semaine pendant plus d’un an jusqu’à maintenant, où je vais partir bientôt pour la France pour étudier. Pendant tout ce temps-là, j’ai reçu énormément d’aide et de soutien de sa part : il m’a aidé à préparer le Delf B2 ( que j’ai bien réussi heureusement ), il m’a donné des conseils pour postuler aux universités en France et aussi sur beaucoup d’autres choses concernant la France que je ne connaissais pas. Donc un grand merci! Bastien est un prof très compétent et patient, il arrive toujours à me mettre à l’aise à parler et j’ai progressé très vite grâce à cela. Je conseillerai alors à tout le monde de prendre des cours avec lui, je suis sûr que vous ne le regretterez pas : )
