Hi there! My name is Marisha, and I'm a native English speaker from South Africa with nearly ten years of online teaching experience.
I’m qualified to teach:
Young children (ages 4–18)
Teens and Adults
I’ve completed my TEFL, TEYL, and IELTS certificates, and I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Psychology. I’m also learning Portuguese and working on improving my Afrikaans—so I completely understand the challenges that come with learning a new language!

In our structured lessons, we’ll focus on a specific topic using carefully selected materials suited to your level. Each lesson includes useful vocabulary, a reading or video, engaging activities, and a comprehension task. After completing a 10-lesson package, you can choose to continue with topic-based lessons or switch to more textbook-focused grammar sessions—whichever suits your learning goals best.
For conversational classes, we’ll chat about topics that interest you and are relevant to your daily life. Whether you’re an adult wanting to build fluency or a child just beginning your English journey, I’ll do my best to keep each lesson motivating and meaningful.
