Hello! I’m Tanya, a native Ukrainian and Russian speaker. I split my time between Canada and Ukraine and love sharing real-life language and cultural experiences.
I have a Master’s degree in Architecture and over three years of experience as both an architect and an English tutor. I also completed a course in English for Architects, so if you’re in a creative or technical field, I can help you speak confidently in professional contexts.

I love helping students take their first steps and giving them that initial spark of motivation to keep going. My lessons focus on conversational English with the goal of helping you speak with confidence. I mainly work with adults at beginner to intermediate levels. Together, we will:

– Develop listening and pronunciation skills
– Discuss creative topics like art, design, and architecture
– Learn how to express complex ideas in English
– Use grammar only as needed — naturally, through conversation

Even before the start of the lesson, there were various advices that made it a fulfilling lesson. Thanks to that, it became a very fulfilling lesson and I am very satisfied. She did her best to fulfill my wish to sing a song with as accurate Ukrainian pronunciation as possible.
