Hey there! My name is Bianca, and I’m a Brazilian teacher, translator, and interpreter with over 7 years of professional experience working with English and Portuguese. Over the past 4 years, I worked full-time as a legal translator and interpreter for an immigration law office based in Boston, communicating daily with clients from many different cultural backgrounds. I’ve also had the chance to live abroad in both Japan and the Cayman Islands. In Japan, I lived in Nagasaki as an exchange student and worked part-time at a Kumon school teaching children. My lessons are usually conversation-focused, relaxed, and adapted to each student’s goals and personality. I love helping students sound more natural and feel genuinely comfortable speaking English or Portuguese in real-life situations. ★ At first, I would like to know a little about your interests and goals with English or Portuguese, in order to know the topics and material we'll be using; ★ Conversation lessons (B1-C2) are fun and based on interesting videos or articles; ★ Portuguese general lessons are based on a textbook and you will be assigned homework to practice your language skills even when you're not in class. ➡ Every student is different, so lessons can always be adapted to your goals and learning style. Bianca is really helpful and Intelligent teacher. I feel really comfortable to speaking English with her. I find it perfect that I can learn English having interesting and nice conversation. The only disadvantage is that time pass to fast :)

I’ve been taking lessons with Bianca for a long time, and I highly recommend her as a teacher. The lessons are always fun, and she tailors them to students’ needs. No matter what topic I choose, Bianca easily adapts and makes the lesson engaging and useful. I’m looking forward to the next lesson :)
