Hello! I'm Matheus, a professor with a degree in Portuguese and English Language and Literature. I have a great passion for learning and teaching languages. For the past 10 years, I have been teaching Portuguese and English in Brazil. I have studied around 50 languages, including dead languages, over the past few years. During my classes, I try to create a relaxing and motivating atmosphere for my students. I worked as a teacher in the public school system for a few years. Always enjoy using my conversational skills with Matheus. Because of the varying subjects and impromptu conversation, like in any normal situation, I get to fully exercise this part of language learning, which is essential. Luckily, Matheus is there to help me figure out the words and to correct me if needed.

I always look forward towards my tutoring sessions with Matheus. I really appreciate how he is there to correct me, anticipate and help me when I struggle with my thoughts and/or some words. That's important as communicating, I need to know when I am saying things incorrectly, which is why I hesitate, but Matheus is always there to guide me!
