Spanish teacher with a Latin American accent (Peru).
My name is Carlos, I´m 29, and I´m a qualified Spanish teacher from Trujillo (Peru). I have a university degree in Pedagogy (National University of Trujillo). I have a certificate in teaching spanish as a foreign language (UNT), Teaching English as a Foreign Language Certification (TEFL) and Enseigner le français langue étrangère aujourd'hui at Alliance Française CAVILAM.
Spanish is my native language, but I am fluent and I can teach you English and French.

Peruvian spanish has the most neutral accent and we use words that generally can be understood in all the other Spanish speaking countries.

It's almost the end of 2020 and, after about six months of classes (woah, has it really been that long?!), I cannot stress enough just how grateful I am to have profesor Carlos as my teacher. My classes are always varied, interesting and personalised. Profesor Carlos is always quick to notice what I need to improve on. He is also incredibly thorough, and I would recommend anyone looking to take the DELE exam to take classes with him. In addition, I am grateful that profesor Carlos has helped me to greatly improve my writing skills by providing regular homework assignments, and I am pleased with my progress. Gracias por todo y nos vemos el año que viene.

Recién volvé de un viaje a Argentina. Me sorprendío un poco cuan mucho mi español se ha mejorado durante mis estudios con Prof. Carlos. Todo el mundo podía entenderme a causa de que el acento del profesor es muy neutral. Además, yo podía entender la mayoría de los argentinos después de pocos días porque el profesor me enseñó con ejercicios de audición de varios acentos diferentes. Prof. Carlos es verdaderamente talentoso. También sabe exactamente las palabras que se necesiten para la vida cotidiana. ¡No es su clase de español de la escuela secundaria inútil! Valió cada hora y cada centavo. ¡Seguiré aprendiendo!

I am an absolute beginner. Nonetheless, Profesor Carlos is very patient. He took time to explain basic grammar rules to me and gave me plenty of homework to study. Looking forward to the next class!
