Daisuke-san is a great teacher. He is easy to talk to, patiently waits while I try to form a sentence, uses vocabulary and grammar in conversation that stretches me without being overwhelming, and helpfully critiques my grammar and pronunciation. I also appreciate that he can give me cultural insight into word choice for synonyms.

I just had my first lesson with Daisuke, and he's a star! He is very friendly, and even though I am a beginner, we spent the whole lesson chatting in Japanese! He spoke at just the right speed for me, and he helped me when I didn't know a word or how to say something. It was great fun! Thank you Daisuke!

I always look forward to lessons with Daisuke-san! Daisuke-san helps me speak more naturally, whether by correcting my pronunciation or assisting me in rephrasing to be better understood by native Japanese speakers. I always learn so much!
